For teammates on a scheduled program. Your sessions sit on real calendar dates, so Today shows the workout planned for today. When a planned day passes without a workout, TechnicallyFit marks it missed and asks you what should happen next. Nothing moves until you choose.
Sessions on real days
Your program starts on a date and places each session on a day of the week. The week view in the iOS app matches what the plan says, so the session you see on Thursday is the one planned for Thursday. A session you complete shows as done. One whose day has passed without it shows as Missed.
You choose what happens
When you open the app after missing a workout, Today shows a card: "You missed a workout," with the session and the day it was planned for. Tap Choose what happens and pick one of three options:
- Move it to the next open day. Only that workout moves. Everything else keeps its date.
- Roll my program forward. The missed workout moves to today and everything after it shifts by the same number of days.
- Skip it. Everything else keeps its date, and you can put the skipped workout back from your program later.
Each option shows where the workout will land before you confirm. If you are not sure, you can ask VERA to talk you through your options.
When the calendar doesn't fit
If you would rather train at your own pace, a self-paced program never marks a day missed. And if you need a break, put your program on hold: nothing is scheduled or missed while it is on hold, and it picks up where you left off.
