Squads, challenges and a leaderboard

Join a squad, take on challenges together, and climb a leaderboard as you earn XP.

Teammates

Squads, challenges and a monthly leaderboard turn your training into something you share. In the iOS app you can join a crew, take on a challenge together, and see where you stand as you earn XP.

Squads

Every teammate is already in the TechnicallyFit squad, which shows how many people trained this week and which official challenges are live. You can also start your own squad, or join one that is open, that you ask to join, or that you are invited to with a code. Members see who trained lately and can talk in the squad chat. Leaders can edit the squad, invite people and archive it.

Challenges

A challenge belongs to a squad. Pick what counts, how you win and when it starts, then set a goal per person or one shared squad goal. Teammates join with one tap, log workouts toward it, and follow the standings and activity as the days count down. Challenges for everyone are posted by TechnicallyFit.

The leaderboard

Every logged set earns XP for the work in it, and big lifts like squats and deadlifts earn more than small ones like curls. Each session you train adds a bonus, and finishing a program week, a block or a whole program adds more. A daily limit means steady training beats one huge day. The board counts only this month's XP, so everyone starts at zero on the 1st. Switch between Everyone and the people you follow, and tap How XP works any time.
