Notification controls

Pick which notices you get, set quiet hours, and land where you need to act when you tap one.

WebMobile

For everyone who uses TechnicallyFit, teammates and coaches alike. You choose which notifications reach your phone or your inbox, set hours when nothing buzzes, and every notification you tap takes you to the screen where you can act on it.

Choose each notice

Open notification settings in the app or on the web. Notices are grouped by category, and each one has its own switch. Everything still shows up inside the app; the switches decide what also reaches your phone, and for some notices, your email. Reset to defaults puts everything back. On the web, the notifications bell has a direct link to these settings.

Quiet hours

Turn on quiet hours and pick a start and end time. Nothing is pushed to your phone during those hours, based on your timezone. If you want a full break, Pause all push notifications silences push without losing your per-notice choices. Email is unaffected.

Reminders on your terms

You can choose how far ahead a workout reminder arrives, and set the time for your daily check-in reminder.

Taps that go somewhere useful

Tapping a notification opens the screen where you can act on it, such as the session, message or request it is about. If you have both a teammate and a coach workspace, each notification is labeled with the workspace it belongs to, and tapping it switches you to the right one.
