Movement demos

Short videos show how each exercise is done.

TeammatesWebMobile

Every teammate can watch a short video of a movement before doing it. Demos show up where you need them: in your session, on a movement's page, and when you look for a swap.

Watch it in your session

In the iOS app, open a movement while you train and its demo plays as a short loop. Under the video, How to do it lists the cues for that movement. The same player appears on a movement's detail page and when you search for a different movement to use instead.

Pick who demonstrates

Most movements come with both a male and a female demo. A Male and Female toggle above the video switches between them.

Your coach's own videos

Coaches can attach their own video for a movement, from YouTube or Vimeo. Once our staff verify the link, it plays right in the demo player for that coach's clients, labelled as a coach video. Until then, only the coach sees it.

When there is no demo

A few movements do not have a clip yet, and the player says No demo yet instead of spinning. Demos stream, so the player tells you when it needs a connection and offers Retry demo if a clip fails to load. On the web, demos show up in the exercise browser and, for coaches, inside the program builder.
