VERA is the assistant inside TechnicallyFit, for teammates and coaches. You ask questions about your training in plain language and get answers grounded in your own program and history. When a change makes sense, VERA proposes it, and the TechnicallyFit Engine does the programming.
Ask about your training
Open VERA from the app or the web and type, or dictate on iPhone. Suggested questions help you start: "Why this workout?", "Why this exercise?", "How should this set feel?" or "I missed a workout. What are my options?" VERA answers from your program, your logged sets and your goals, and it can draw a chart of your data when a picture explains it better.
Proposals you confirm
When you ask for a change, such as swapping a movement for a sore knee, VERA shows you a proposal card with what would change. Nothing happens until you confirm it. If you have a coach, coached changes stay pending until your coach approves them. VERA interprets and proposes; the engine builds and adapts the program itself.
Safety first
VERA never encourages training through pain. If you describe a red-flag symptom, it stops the change and points you to a medical professional.
How VERA is paid for
Teammates get every TechnicallyFit feature free. VERA itself runs on credit packs you can buy in the app. You can also skip credits and connect your own AI, such as Claude or any assistant that supports MCP, to your account at no cost. For coaches, VERA on the coach workspace comes with the Coach Academy plan.
