If you train somewhere with weak or no signal, you can keep logging your workout in the TechnicallyFit app on iPhone or iPad. Every set you log is saved on your phone right away and reaches your account once you're back online.
Log the way you always do
Tap through your session as usual. When you're offline, a saved set shows "Set saved on your phone" so you know it counted. A short notice at the top of the screen tells you you're offline and how many sets are waiting to sync.
More than sets
The other changes you make mid-workout wait on your phone too: skipping, swapping, adding, reordering or removing a movement, reporting pain, and finishing the session. When the connection comes back, they go through on their own. Coaches logging sets for a client on the gym floor get the same treatment.
If something can't be saved
Most days you won't notice any of this. If a change still hasn't synced after a few days, the app reminds you to get online so it saves. If a change is turned down when it finally sends, the app tells you which one and why, and you choose to retry it or discard it. Nothing you logged is thrown away without you deciding.
