For teammates training from the iPhone or iPad app. You log a session one set at a time, say how hard each set felt, flag anything that hurts, and change the plan on the fly when a movement does not suit you. When you finish, you get a clear summary of what you did.
Log each set as you go
Each movement in today's session shows its sets. Tap the checkmark to log a set, and edit it afterward if you got a number wrong. You can add another set or a drop set when you want more work. Between sets, a rest timer counts down. You can add 15 seconds, skip the rest, or start the next set when you are ready.
Say how hard it was
Each set takes an RPE rating, a simple effort scale where lower numbers mean easier. Tap "What is RPE?" if you want a quick guide.
Report pain, swap or skip
If something hurts, tap Pain. You tap where it hurts on the body, then pick how it feels: stiff, achy, painful or sharp. Sharp means stop that movement. If a movement is wrong for today, tap Swap. The app suggests alternatives that work the same target, so your session keeps its purpose. You can also skip a movement and bring it back later in the session.
See your summary
When you tap Finish, you see your completed sets, how long you trained, your total volume and a body heatmap of the muscles you worked today. If you beat a personal best, the app calls it out. You can share a recap card of the session, and you can open any finished workout later to check and correct what you logged.
