When you sign up in the iOS app, you land on Today with one card: Set up your training. Answer a few quick questions and the TechnicallyFit Engine builds your first program, with today's session waiting for you when you finish.
A few quick questions
The setup asks for your goal, how you want to train, units and a couple of optional measurements, and any joints or muscles that bother you. Tap them on a body map and the engine routes around them. You can also rule out whole movement families, pick where you train and what equipment you can count on, and choose the days that usually work. Most steps are optional. The last step is one look back at your answers before you tap Generate my plan.
Training for a sport
If you train for a sport, the setup takes you through your sport, your season and your focus, then your body, equipment and days, and builds a training block for it.
Your plan, then a commitment
When the plan is ready you see Here's your plan with its name. Next you can commit to showing up for 7, 14 or 30 days. Rest days count toward the streak. You can also skip that with Not now.
Not ready yet?
Start a quick workout instead is one tap under the setup card, so you can train on day one and set up your program later. Before your first workout, the app runs a short health readiness check.
