TechnicallyFit is free for teammates, with no time limit. Every teammate feature is included: there is no plan to pick, no trial clock and no upgrade screen. The one thing you pay for is VERA's AI, and only if you want it.
Everything is included
Programs built and adapted by the TechnicallyFit Engine, multiple programs, logging in the iOS app on iPhone and iPad, your progress, the community, and importing a plan you already have are all free. So is connecting your own AI assistant to your account.
VERA runs on credits
VERA, the assistant inside the app, uses AI that costs real money to run, so it runs on credits. You buy a credit pack in the app when you want one, and the credits never expire. Each reply shows how many credits it used and how many you have left. If you run out, the app offers two ways forward: buy credits, or connect your own AI.
Or bring your own AI
Connect Claude or any assistant that supports MCP to your TechnicallyFit account, for free. Your assistant can read your training, explain your program and propose changes. Anything that would change your account comes back as a proposal you confirm in TechnicallyFit. You can see every connected app in Settings and disconnect one at any time.
