VERA is the assistant inside TechnicallyFit, and you can use it to get around the whole product by asking. Tell it what you want in your own words. When it is time to change something, VERA proposes the change and you confirm it.
Ask from wherever you are
Open VERA from the screen you are on and it knows the context. From a movement in your session it offers Why this exercise?, Swap this exercise and How should this set feel? From Today with a missed workout it leads with Help with my missed workout. With no program yet, it offers Build me a program and Help me pick a program. You can also type anything, or tap the microphone and talk.
Nothing changes until you confirm
When a request would change your training, schedule or account, VERA shows the change as a card first. You review it and confirm, or leave it. If a preview goes stale, VERA asks you to get a fresh one before anything happens. When you ask for a new program, the TechnicallyFit Engine builds it and VERA explains it. VERA does not write your training itself.
Pick up where you left off
Your conversations are saved. Open the history to resume one or start a new conversation. VERA works in the iOS app and on the web.
See what each reply costs
VERA runs on credits. Each reply shows how many it used and what you have left, and if you run out, you can top up with a credit pack or connect your own AI instead.
