For coaches who like to work by asking. Today, VERA in your coach workspace and an AI assistant you connect, such as Claude, can already handle much of a coach's routine work. This project will close the remaining gaps, so almost any change you can make by hand, you will be able to ask for instead.
Ask, then approve
The model stays the same as today. You ask VERA, or your own assistant, to make a change. It prepares a proposal that spells out exactly what will change. Nothing happens until you confirm it in TechnicallyFit. You can always say no, and you can always make the change by hand.
Forms and groups first
The first areas will be forms and training groups. You will be able to ask your assistant to set up or edit an intake form, or to create a group, add and remove people, and change what the group is running. After that, coverage will grow one area at a time: client records, programs after you build them, coach-led sessions, your libraries, your profile and storefront, and more of what you can look up.
Some things stay manual
A few actions will stay by hand on purpose: sending messages on your behalf, connecting payment or calendar accounts, uploading files, permanent deletes and refunds. Those stay with you.
Who can use it
AI coach tools and connected AI on the coach workspace are part of Coach Academy. Your training programs will still be built by the TechnicallyFit Engine: VERA and your assistant interpret what you ask and propose the change.
