You can connect Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Codex or another assistant that supports MCP to your TechnicallyFit account, then ask it about your training and have it make changes for you. For teammates it's free and uses none of your VERA credits. Coaches on Coach Academy can connect one to their coach workspace too.
Connecting
Open Connected AI in your settings, on the web or in the app. Copy the server address, paste it into your assistant, then sign in with your TechnicallyFit account and choose what it may access. The page has setup steps for claude.ai, ChatGPT, Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor and Codex. If your assistant can't open a browser sign-in, you can create a key for it instead.
What it can do
Your assistant can read your profile, sessions, programs, personal records and goals. It can ask the TechnicallyFit Engine to build a program from a goal, or import a plan you already have. It can log sets, complete or move a session, swap a movement, and keep your equipment, injuries, goals and one rep maxes up to date. Coaches can have it read their roster and review queue.
You stay in control
When your assistant wants to change something, it sends you a proposal, and you confirm it in TechnicallyFit before anything happens. Connected AI lists every app you've connected and what each one can reach, and you can disconnect any of them at any time.
