For coaches who book sessions with clients. You offer real open times, clients book and manage their own sessions, and after each session you record who actually showed up. Your calendar and your clients' credits stay accurate.
Open times that are really open
Set your weekly hours on the availability grid on the web. Drag across several days at once, and edit saved hours in place. If you connect your Google or Microsoft calendar, the times you offer leave out what is already busy there.
Clients manage their own bookings
Confirmation, reminder and reschedule emails carry a link your client can use to reschedule or cancel that one booking, no sign-in needed. If the change is late, they see a warning about your late-cancel policy first. In the app, clients see Sessions with your coach, with upcoming and past bookings, and can reschedule from your real open times. If a client declines the calendar invite, the booking is flagged as at risk. If they propose a new time from their calendar, you approve or decline it.
Confirm who showed up
When a session ends, you get a prompt to record the outcome. Sessions that need an outcome are listed on your schedule on web and in the app, with Attended and No-show one tap away. When you cancel, you note whether you or the client canceled, plus an optional reason. Each booking keeps a history of its changes.
With VERA
On the coach workspace with Coach Academy, you can ask VERA to update your availability across several days, block out dates, answer reschedule requests and mark attendance. Each one comes to you as a proposal to confirm.
