Plans change once you're on the gym floor. The bench is taken, the weight feels heavier than it should, or you have one more good set in you. This will let you change your workout by saying so, without putting the bar down or picking up your phone.
Say what changed
Tell TechnicallyFit what happened in plain words: "that was eight at 185", "drop it ten pounds", "the bench is taken" or "skip this one." Your session updates right away, and you hear back what changed. If it heard you wrong, just say "undo."
Works on your phone, even without signal
Your voice is understood on your phone itself, not sent off to a server. That means it responds in about the time it takes to rack the weight, and it keeps working in a basement gym with no signal. What you say stays on your device, and your workout syncs once you're back online.
Your plan stays yours
Quick changes, like logging a set, adjusting the next one or swapping a movement for one that fits your equipment, apply to today's session. Swaps come from the same exercise options TechnicallyFit already picks for your program. Bigger changes to your plan, like lighter Thursdays or more pulling work, become a suggestion you review after the workout, so nothing about your program changes unless you confirm it.
If something hurts
Say so and TechnicallyFit stops to walk you through reporting it, the same way it does today. It won't tell you to push through pain.
