For teammates building their own training and coaches writing programs for clients. You work on a program as a draft, change it as much as you like, and look it over before anyone trains from it. Nothing goes live until you say so.
Build a draft
In the app, tap Build a program. Choose a main goal and an optional second goal, how many days a week you train, how long you want to commit and how it should progress, such as a steady climb or focused blocks. Good defaults are already picked. The TechnicallyFit Engine builds the draft from your answers.
On the web, the program builder lays out the week day by day. Drag movements into a day, adjust sets and doses, add notes, and see sets and volume by body part. You can ask VERA about the program from the same screen.
Review before it counts
In the app, your draft opens in Review draft. If the engine flags something in the plan, you see it before you decide. You can apply the program or discard the draft, and a discarded draft saves nothing.
Commit when you are ready
On the web, saving makes a version. Save to your library to keep it without assigning anything, or Save & start to make it your program. Coaches can Save & assign to a client or a group, and choose to start it on a schedule, at the client's own pace, or as up next after their current program. Each save is its own version. Earlier versions stay as they were, and anyone already assigned keeps their version until you update them.
