If you already follow a plan from another app, a spreadsheet or a coach, you can bring it into TechnicallyFit with the AI assistant you already use. Your assistant does the converting, and you review the result before it becomes your program.
Connect your assistant
Connect Claude or any assistant that supports MCP to your TechnicallyFit account. In the iOS app, My Programs has Import from another app, which gives you a personal import key and copy-paste setup for Claude Desktop. You can rotate or revoke that key at any time.
Hand it your plan
Paste your export, a CSV, or the plan as text into your assistant and ask it to import it. If your assistant can read images, it can work from a screenshot too. It reads TechnicallyFit's import format, maps your weeks, days, movements, sets and reps, and matches each movement to our catalog. Any movement it cannot match stays in the draft with up to three suggestions for you to pick from.
Review the draft
The import lands in My Programs as a draft, and it never starts on its own. Open Review draft to see every session. If something looks off, the review says TechnicallyFit flagged this plan and lists why: a movement pattern missing from a week, a movement that hits a joint or muscle you flagged, too many heavy lifts stacked in one session, or volume out of balance.
You decide
Flags are warnings, and none of them blocks you. Tap Apply to start the plan as written, or Apply anyway if it was flagged. Discard throws the draft away. Drafts can be reviewed in the iOS app or on the web.
